* lisp/replace.el (perform-replace): Accept default bindings in lookup-key.

Set ACCEPT-DEFAULT arg of lookup-key to t (bug#69342).
This will allow the users to ignore unbound keys with
‘(define-key query-replace-map [t] 'ignore)’.
